Dear All,

One more suggestion,
To avoid the problem of inbox filling with mails from vallalargroups.
We can use "Filters option" to direct the mails from vallalargroups automatically towards particular folder/label.

Popular e-mail service providers like gmail & yahoo support this.

This would  avoid inbox getting filled with our group mail and
Also all mails will be grouped in particular folder which makes it easy to read later also.

Steps to set filter in gmail:
-----------------------------------
1)In Gmail go to "settings"
2)In settings page select "filter tab"
3)In filters page select "create new filter"
4)Fill subject field with "[vallalargroups:" (fill other options if requierd)
5)Press "NextStep"
6)Fill  the "Apply the Label:" field with your label(if no labels are present create your own label)
7)Save changes

From now you can see vallalar mails going to the specified "Label".

Labels will be displayed separately on Left side below "Inbox,...,Trash Icon"

Regular/Advanced gmail users please excuse me if it is redundant.I briefed it for basic users.

Some Idea:
1.  we will consolidate all the mails in daily basis and send it to the groups.
     Maximum we will post 2 to 3 mails only.
2.  Members can change the settings with the following options to avoid more mails in your    inbox  (this is one option)
