What is Vasi Yogam ?
In Pathanjali's Yoga Soothra - 
Vasi yogam means inhaling the air by one side of the nose
and get back the air to another nose.
In this system your mind thinking that Moolaathaara Sakra is moving to upward.
It is absolutely imagination of our mind.
Moolaathaaram to aangjai all the stages are getting only by your mind's imagination.
In Vasi yogam your breathing system will be purified.
But you lose your life level. why because all our life level is attached with our breathing level.
Also waste your pranan.
In Tamil language  Breathing Air is Prana Vaivu. 
This air helps to life - live long time.
In Vasi yogam we lose our prana vaivu.

In Sithar maargam
they are also telling about Vasi Yogam.
But it is different from Pathanjali's Yoga System
They are telling that inhale the air by right side of the nose.
Push it to Head by slowly.
In our human body 9 holes are seems to be there.
but there is another hole is there in our body.
It is upside of the mouth.
This is the secret path.
That path is the way to send the prana Vaivu to head.
Then the prana vaivu not return back.
It is mingled with Pranan.
It helps your mind to inner conciuosness.
The mind not go around the outer conciuosness.
This makes very easy to meditate and way to feel or see sit pranan that is Athma.

What is Chit Pranan ?
Chit Pranan is called as Jeevan.
It is came from Athma
Athma came from Sivam that is God.
If you want to feel or experience the Jeevan and Athma means
First you know about the state of that.
Athma is not a sthoola state. it is sookshuma state.
you see the sthula material by your sthula eye.
If you want to see the air means you only feel. not see the air.
The Athman is sukshuma that's why we can't see it.
But one way is there to feel and see the Athma.
The main abstacle to see or feel the Athma is Mind.
The mind's main duty is get you in to outer conciuos.
But the Athma is in inner conciuos.
outer concious mind can't see or feel Athma.
The only way to see or feel the Athma is you divert your outer concious to inner concious.
Then you get the experience of conciousless stage that is called Thuriyam.
It is also like sleeping but it is not true sleeping it is conciousless mind.
after that you become SUPER INNER CONCIOUS 
then you see the sit praanan
If your outer concious is working means you cant feel or see the Sit Pranan.
There are many more ways to see the Sit pranan
1. Sariyayil Gnanam
2. Kiriya Yogam
3. Kiriya Gnanam
4. Yoga Kirya
5. Yoga Gnanam
6. Gnana Yogam
7. Gnana Gnanam

If you want permanently mingled with God means you choose only Gnana Yogam.
That is Sutha Sanmaarkam. It is 15th stage of 16 Levels.
If you practice Sutha Sanmaarkam means you easily enter the 16 th Stage of Ganana Gnanam.
Except these all the ways are only see or feel the Athman.
But not able to continue there.

For ULSER you can eat alovera (Sotru kathalai in tamil). 
 
NOTE: It should be consumed in early morning with empty stomach condition. Please do not drink tea/coffee after eating this in morning.
 
Procedure:
1)Slice the green layer of the leaf. you can find a jelly like substance inside
2)Take the Jelly like substance and then wash it 7 times with Running water so that it will be
ready to eat.
3) You can eat as it is.. it will not have any taste.
 
Optional :
4) If u find hard to eat then make juice by adding (Panangal kandu) & Sathukudi along that will be good for taste.
