[vallalargroups:3995] One more Doubt on சிவ

Dear All,

Why in general, we say "சிவ சிவ", instead of simply "சிவ"  ? What does this mean ?

Why not even "சிவா சிவா" ?

Kindly bear with my simple doubts, I am very ignorant even not knowing them.
