Dear Kumar, The answer to your question is in the same passage wherein you came across the reference to the third eye. The passage reads: '…There is a door and lock to open the above said eye. The above said lock is to be opened with the key called grace. So, the above said grace is great compassion which is the nature of soul. The above said experience will happen if we become compassion itself '. The last line is the answer. There are no other external techniques. The first line of the second para says 'It is better if we get the centre eye on our forehead opened by the grace of Guru'. According to Vallalar, God Almighty is the Guru. Once a person becomes compassion itself, His Grace acts. Remember there are no short cuts in our spiritual journey and techniques, if any, are of no use if basic qualifications are not met. As I know most of the Vallalar teachers are not agree with open the third eye normal people or Vallalar devotees and they are waiting for Vallalar to open the third eye. In Malaysia M.Balasubramaniam initiaced more than 50 people by Vallalar method.
But if you visit Mr.Balasubramaniam also, I am cant guaranteed you can get the initiation. M.Balasubramaniam will give the initiation to some people whoever have qualification.
