        Our trust SAMARASA SUTTHA SANMARKA SATHYA SANGAM, Thiruvannamalai conducting Yoga, Meditation, Dhyanam & Satsang(ARUL POORANA SITHI YOGAM) program at Thiruvannamalai, India. This program is an invitation to connect ourselves with divine through spiritual awakening. It is a life changing training interraction with your surroundings. Classes, food and accomodation is free for participant. Please bring comfort dress like T-Shirt, Track suit, shorts and bedsheet. Age limit is 15yrs to 50 yrs. Interested individuals are requested to register. Program schedules and venue details are given below:

• Pranayamam(breathing exercise)
• Yoga Asanam (physical exercise)
• Dhyanam (Meditation)
• Sathsangam (spiritual Speach)
• Herbal Food diet

Program Schedules:

• May 15 - 6pm - Introduction class
• May 16 & 17 Full day (6am-8pm) - All above mentioned program.
• Entry, food and accommodation free.
• Please bring comfort dresses like T-shirt, tracksuit, shorts and bed sheet etc for doing exercises and stay night at hall.
• Age limit: 15 - 50
