Mrs.  Sunitha- President (09655222722) of People for Animals, rescued 39 cows while transporting through checkpost near Virudhu nagar, on 25th Jan.2013.

In the absence of  Mrs.Sunitha,when she was at court till 3pm to obtain a stay order, Her mother Mr.Thameyethi, was forced to release all the 39 cows by the support of police & transporter on 21.02.2013, by 09 am on showing the  Highcourt order which was wrongly "issued without consideratin of PCA '1960, by the Judge Mr.Sasidaran of Madurai Hight court.

I came to know that all 39 were recovered back by the transporter and tied near to the Mask with full support of Inspector of the local station Mr.shanmugasundaram, for loading in to the single Truck parked 1 km away from the shelter.

I Threatened Mr.Ramamurthy (9444983381) DSP while planning for loading into the Truck that , they should not be permitted and deviated the PCA 1960 and also asked whether they had Six Lorries broght to the shelter for loading. Then only, he had dropped the loading of all 39 cows and 

removed all of them from that area yesterday by 1.0pm.

Inmean while, court also issued a Stay order (justice Vimala & Chitra) for a week and not to disturb PFA, in the evg by 6.0pm
