காயகல்பம் என்பது நோயற்ற வாழ்வு வாழ சித்தர்கள் நமக்கு அளித்த மருந்துகளாகும். சாதாரணமாக காயகல்பம் தயார் செய்ய மிகுந்த செலவாகும். ஆனால் வள்ளலார் மிகக்குறைந்த செலவில் மனித குலம் வாழ காயகல்பம் அருளியுள்ளார்.

தினமும் காலையில் பல் துலக்கியவுடன் ஒரு தம்ளர் பாலில் மேற்கண்ட பொடியை ஒரு டேபிள் ஸ்பூன் கலந்து ஐந்து நிமிடங்கள் கொதிக்க வைத்து சர்க்கரை கலந்து லேசான சூட்டில் சிறிது சிறிதாக சுவைத்து சாப்பிட வேண்டும்.

இந்த மருந்து சர்வரோக நிவாரணியாகும். இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து வருடக் கணக்கில் சாப்பிட்டு வர மனிதவுடலை வாட்டும் அனைத்து நோய்களும் குணமாகும்.
