It will be really useful only when you start driking Alkalized and ionized water.The condition which was earlier is not there now. The time is the same taht is all humans have the same 24hrs. 6 to 8 hrs of disturbed sleep. 16 hrs for all our activities to achieve our goals, dreams. Life is fast phased. get yp in the morning hurry for motion etc then eat junk food run to work run to home run through sleep. The pollution is all around us be it water, air, ground, food, milk, noise and radiations from Moblie etc. Human kind is subjected to stress from all sround in the past 100 years which had never happened earlier. Most of the food we eat are acidic and we cannot change the same. Most of us never stop when we drink, coke, pepsi etc ahic are highly acidic.

 

So drinking Alkalizede and ionized water will take us towards Holistic health. Body ( Our hardware), Mind ( Soft ware) and our soul ( spritual ). so if you are really keen please tell me I can guide you further.

குளிர்ந்த ஜலம்

சாதாரண ஜலம் கொள்ளுவது கெடுதி. ஏனெனில், மேற்படி ஜலத்தில் மூன்று குணம் உண்டு.

1 . விஷம்   (மேல் பாகத்தில் சிலிர்பாகிய விஷமும் ) 2 . பூதம் (அதனடியில் , ஏகதேசம் சுடுகையுள்ள பூதமும் ) 3 . அமுதம் (அதனடியில் விசேஷ உஷ்ணமுள்ள அமுதமும் ) இம்மூன்றும் ஒன்றாகவே இருக்கும்.
