[vallalargroups:1512] Re: Sath Vichara Question

"கண்களிக்கப் புகை சிறிதும் காட்டாதே புருவக்
கலை நடுவே விளங்குகின்ற கற்பூர விளக்கே"

புருவக்கலை நடுவே = puruva maththi (please note the term, kalai. Its like ida kalai, pingalai, they are the kalai, nadis)

When a deepa (vilakku) glows, always smoke comes out. We have some thing called "mei vilakku". From this vilakku, NO smoke comes out (சிறிதும் காட்டாதே). This vilakku is situated in puruva maththi. When you see this vilakku, you will be in so much blissful state (kalippu;kan kalikka). Why it is mentioned as "கற்பூர விளக்கு"?

-------------------------=-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In tamil, the agna is called "puruva maththi" (puruva = eye brow; maththi = center). Usually, whenever we say 'puruva maththi', we tend to think 'forehead center'.

Lets say 'Puruva' is denoted like this.

            ---------------

Two puruva is like this.

           -----------------                                -------------------

When we say 'puruva maththi', what the world thinks? It is this.

           -----------------              x                  -------------------

Is 'x' related to puruva in any sense? It is not puruva maththi. It is 'neththi maththi' (forehead center).

What should be the puruva maththi by the way?

            -------x--------

Is not it?

But is there anything available in the 'x' I put there? There is something inside the head, which is a divine secret (If I had the permission, I would have revealed it), is called 'puruva maththi'.

A tamil siddhas says:

"உச்சிக்கு கீழே உள்நாக்கு மேலே
நித்தம் வச்ச விளக்கு எரியுதடி வாலை பெண்ணே"

"உச்சிக்கு (top of the head)
கீழே(below)
உள்நாக்கு (small tongue)
மேலே (above)
நித்தம் வச்ச விளக்கு (deepa)
 எரியுதடி (glowing)
 வாலை பெண்ணே (oh 12 year old girl)"
He talks about a deepa, which is below the top of the head, and above the small tongue (tonsil, I don't know the correct English name). This light is 'atman'. Through puruva maththi, we have to reach this place.

Deeksha – In tamil, its called 'theeksha". Theeksha = thee (fire) + atsa

A disciple can not realize this divine light, glowing inside our head. Guru has to pass his divine light, through 7 layers, which is hiding this light. He has to lit this deepa very well so that it will glow more. This step is called "thee + atsa".

Upadesam = Upa (two) + desam (place)
The guru will give upadesa, means, gives the places of ida and pingalai nadi. These two nadis have two tini light. Its size is like the edge of rice. These light dances always. That's what called "the dance of nataraja". Guru will lit these two light (theeksa). Once they are lit, they will flow like river (fire river, in siddha term) in the hair bridge (nadi is like hair. These fire will flow in the nadi to reach the atman. This look like, fire river in the hair bridge). When these three fires are joined, that's called "muththi" (mu = three + thee (fire) ).

Namahshivaya
Na = earth (1 1/2)
Ma = water (1 ¼)
Shi = fire (1)
Va = gas (3/4)
Ya = akash (1/2)

Our physical body consists of above 5 parts, in the specified ratio above.

We have to convert it into "shivayanama". That is:
Shi =(1 ½)
Va = (1 ¼)
Ya = (1)
Na = (3/4)
Ma = (1/2)

Now, the ratio of fire component is more. This is called attainment of "light body". Then this should be converted into "swarna body". Then "gnana body".

During this experiments, "alchemy" (conversion of copper into gold) has come as by product from our siddhas. Actually they were in the process of converting this body (lower) into gold (swarna, highest).

The movement of fire (fire river) inside this hair bridge will look like a snake movement. Thats why kundalini was denoted as a snake (kundam + anal (fire) + nee (you)  = kundalani => kundalini).
