[vallalargroups:747] Re: my next question : What is the primary purpose of doing all these sadhana (spiritual practice) ?

Hello Mr.Sivaraman,
'
'
Clearly understood the concept, If possible can you clear my doubt ?
'
It's about, human beings like us everybody wishes are not common, but some wishes to go into knowledge
way (Gnana Margam, Aanmiga Margam). For example if a human being (male / female) wishes to get
the deathless body (Maranamilla PerumVazhvu).

He/She is following the way which Vallalar says, the steps/ path way to deathless body. For Vallalar dhayavu takes
12 years to attain the stage.

During the practising period, if suppose death causes to he/she ? What will happen ? What stage they will be ?
Whether he/she will birth again? If so happen mean which birth will occur (grass, tree, human, etc. . .) ?

I wrong please correct me !

Sir,

The very purpose of human birth  is to reach the next stage in the  evolution cycle. i.e. as was mentioned in St. Manikkavasagar's " Sivapuranam"    our birth stages are as follows: Grass, worm, tree, bird, snake, stone, human being, spirit, ganagalai, val asuraraagi, saint and devar.  (Please read Sivapuranam for exact wordings)

we came across all the above mentioned births and  reached this human birth,  from human being we have to reach god.  This is also symbolically mentioned in Mahabaratha as Dasa Avatharam of Lord Vishnu which is nothing but evolution theory.

Purpose of human birth is to come out of  this birth and death cycle of our soul according to our good and bad deeds and  reach god but, for this purpose we have to do sadhana like St. Vallalar told in his scriptures chanting the Lords name, meditating, etc.,

Note:  We all of us reached this human shape after crossing various living beings, in millions of years, so we should not waste this birth, we have to utilise this rare human birth to reach the next stage of evolution. This is what our saints Practised, preached and attained.

Hi senthil ,

I have few doubts with your answer.

"First forget about what we are going to attain"

People say this statement because of two reasons.

1.       They really don't know what they are going to attain. In other words we don't know what is truth.

2.        And one more reason is there is nothing there to attain. Everything is there with you and within you. You need to find  it.

(like praying, reading thiruvasagam, meditating, eating veg food and so on..)

These basic purpose of praying, reading and meditating it to make a man thoughtless. But when you do this you can't be thoughtless rather you will get the thought of divine. Its like "There is a wall in which several posters are being pasted, in order to avoid it they will put a board 'stick no bills'. This 'stick no bills' itself an advertisement which helps us to stop other advertisement. " Like that in order to stop our worldy thoughts, people made us to read books and asked as to pray.

And regarding food, there is a fact 'you are what you eat'. Your food affects your character. So people are made to eat satvic food. If you eat any meat, you will be affected by the thoughts of that meat. In order to get rid of this, people are made to eat veg food.

It is impossible for human to blindly trust on anything. We should use the power of discrimination. Then only we will get maturity which comes by means of right understanding. At the same time, when you read and imitate as what is said in books, you are losing your individuality, your uniqueness. Everything is unique, vallalar is unique, ramana maharishi is unique and every one…

This is my opinion, I am sorry if I am wrong.

Thanks,

Raja.B
