> ஆன்மாவைத் மூடியிருக்கின்ற திரைகளை எவ்வாறு நீக்குவது?
> ஜலத்திலிருக்கின்ற பாசியை நீக்குவதுபோல், நமது ஆன்மாவைத் தெரியவொட்டாமல்
> மூடியிருக்கின்ற பச்சைத் திரையாகிய ராகாதிகளை விசார அதியுஷ்ணத்தாலல்லது, மற்ற
> உஷ்ணங்களால் நீக்க முடியாது.
> அந்த உஷ்ணம் யோகியினுடைய அனுபவத்தில் தெரியும். அதை மனுஷ்ய தரத்தில்
