Madam,
Recvd infmn from one of the animal lover that 25 cattles found abducted in depth of 10 to 15 ft at Mariamman Theppakulam. There was no food/water provided and they were unable to come out frm the depth area also. This had been into practice by the slughter house with support of Police station ( which is on Top of the kulam) in the recent 4 months of period.

Reqstd by the U/signd to the respctv pol stn ovr phn frm chn that th cattles could be rescued by themself and send them to the Kosala at madurai. But police wanted me to send some representative to file a written complaint on 24.08.13.
Hence, i requested some animal lover over phn to assembe at the police stn by 9.30am to file a complaint for rescue of the same u/s PCA-1960. Ms.Sunitha & Murugan (PFA) also were reported by 11 am to file the same.
The inspctr Mr.Ramani, refused to receive the complaint from Ms.Sunitha, and stated that it was already recvd frm the Temple administrator to rescue of the same. Despite several request finally he recvd the complaint frm sunitha. Further he argued that FIR would be issued to the (First Petitioner) Tempe only and not to sunitha.
After your phone call to AC and continuous followup only, Inspector issued FIR by 5pm.
All the 17 cattles (one was unable to load and left there under police custody) were sent to the Meenaktchi kosala by 6.30 pm.
The below Team has done excellent support on the abv for the First time, Hope they would continue to do the Protection of the Life of 5th sense Animals.
