Once inhaled air does'nt came back. It mingled with mind and athma.
If you want to practice the system means please dont force the air or push the air.
First step you watch the breathing system.
Then you turn your tongue to inner side.
Then you slowly do your breathing.
After that the Air go to the Head by the way of tenth hole.
In this practice you don't give pressure and push the air.
Day by day you please gradually increase the level.
It is very important that you send the air by 10 th hole very slowly.
After this position. You definitely feel that inhaled air does'nt came back.
In this practice you understood your knowldge expands its level.
This system practiced by our forefathers i.e. Sitharkal.
