வள்ளலார் யோகம் ,தவம் .தியானம் .வாசி ஊசி போன்ற செயல் களில் ஈடு படாதீர்கள் .

அப்படி ஏதாவது ஒன்று சொல்லக் கேட்டு அதன் படி நடந்தால் சிறு ஒளி உண்டாகும் 

அதனால் பல இளித்து இறுமாந்து கெட நேரிடும் .மேலும் அருட்பெரும் ஜோதியின் ,

அருள் கிடைக்காமல் போய்விடும் .மேலும் நாம் அடைய வேண்டுவது அருட்பெரும்ஜோதியின் அருள்.

அந்த அருளைப் பெறுவதற்கு ஜீவ காருண்யமே முதல்படியாக இருக்கிறது ,முதல்படியாகிய,

ஜிவர்களிடத்தில் கருணையும் ஆண்டவரிடத்தில் அன்பும் தேவை என்கிறார் வள்ளலார் .

 

காலையிலே என்றனக்கே கிடைத்த பெரும்பதியே 

களிப்பே என் கருத்தகத்தே கனிந்த நறுங்கனியே 

மேலையிலே இம்மையிலே ஒருமையிலே தவத்தால் 

மேவுகின்ற பெரும் பயனாம் விளைவை யெல்லாம் தருமச

சாலையிலே ஒருப்பகலில் தந்த தனிப்பதியே 

சமரச சன்மார்க்கத் தலையமர்ந்த நிதியே 

மாலையிலே சிறந்த மொழி மாலை யனிந்தாடும் 

மாநடத்தென் அரசே என மாலை யனிந்தருளே .

 

என்கிறார் ;--மேலும் ஊசியின் மேல் காலுண்றி ஒரு கோடிகாலம் 

தவம் செய்யுனும் காண்பரிதாம் கடவுளாகி என்கிறார் .

இதுவரை தவம் யோகம் வாசி போன்ற யோகங்களை செய்தவர்கள் 

என்ன லாபத்தை அடைந்திருக்கிறார்கள் என்றால் ஒன்றுமில்லை என்கிறார் .

ஆதலால் எதனிலும் லஷ்சயம் வைக்காமல் ஆண்டவரிடத்தில் லஷ்சயம் வையுங்கள் 

என்கிறார் .ஆண்டவர் வந்தவுடன் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டியதை தெரிவிப்பார் ,அதுவரை 

பொறுமையுடன் இருங்கள் என்கிறார் .நமக்கு முதலில் ஒருமை வரவேண்டும் .

ஒருமை வந்தால் தான் தயவு வரும் .தயவு வந்தால்தான் பெரிய நிலைமேல் ஏறலாம் .

இப்போது என்னுடைய அறிவு அண்டம் அண்டங்களுக்கு அப்பாலும் கடந்திருக்கிறது,

அது அந்த ஒருமையினால் தான் வந்தது ,நீங்களும் என்னைப்போல் ஒருமையுடன் 

இருங்கள் அனைத்தும் கிடைக்கும் என்கிறார் .

 

இதிலிருந்து என்ன தெரிகிறது .அறிவைக்கொண்டு அறிவை பெறுவதுபோல் ,

அருளைக் கொண்டு அருளை பெறவேண்டும் .ஜீவகருனைக் கொண்டு கடவுள் கருணைப் 

பெறவேண்டும் .அதுவே நாம முயற்ச்சி செய்ய வேண்டியதாகும் ,அதைவிடுத்து 

வேறு எதையும் செய்யக் கூடாது.

By vasi yoga we can make the soul(light) to retained in our body and make mind zero and make the body as light (arivu) the DEATHLESS LIFE.     அகத்தியர் பாடல் மதிரவியும் பூரணமுங் கண்வாய் மூக்கும் மகத்தான செவியோடு பரிசமெட்டும் பதியவிடங் சுழுமுனை என்றதற்கு பேராம். வேறுபெயர்கள் அடிமுடி, சொல்லற்ற இடம், ஒடுக்கம் , வஸ்து. மவுனம், கேசரம் சுழுமுனை என்பது அண்ணாக்கிற்கு மேல் உள்ளயிடம். மனத்தை சுழுமுனையில் நிறுத்தி வாசி இடகலை மற்றும் வடகலை அக்னியில் கூடி மூன்றும் ஒன்றாகும். உள் சென்ற காற்று பத்தாம்வசலில் ஏறும், மூக்கில் காற்று வெளியே வராது. ஐந்து புலன்களும் ஒடுங்கும். ரவிமதிசுடர் மூன்றும் ஒன்றாகி உஷ்ணம் கிழே பாயும். உஷ்ணம் உடம்பை வேதித்து காயசித்தி உண்டாகும். சுழுமுனை தியானம்                                                                                   நன்றாக கால்களை மடித்து நேராக அமர்ந்துகொள்ளுங்கள். கண்களை மூடிகொள்ளுங்கள்.  மனதை அண்ணாக்கிற்கு நேரே சுழுமுனையில் நின்று, நாக்கை மேலண்ணத்தில் அழுத்தி, பின் தொண்டையில் காற்றை அழுத்தி சுழுமுனையை நோக்கி  செலுத்தவும். மனதை அழ்ந்த அமைதியில் வைத்திருக்கவும். காற்றின் அசைவை மேல்நோக்கி மனதையும் சேர்த்து அண்ணாகிற்கு மேல் செலுத்தவும்.  சிறுதுகாலம் சென்றபெறகு பலபல வண்ணங்கள் தோன்றும்.  பின் கடைசியாக ஒரு சிருஒளி வெண்மை நிறத்தில் தோன்றும் பின் அதுவே வளர்ந்து அளவில்லாத எல்லையிலததாக மாறிவிடும்.  இப்போது கண்ணை மூடினால் இருட்டு தெரியாது வெறும் வெளிச்சம் தான் தெரியும்.  பின்னர் அந்த வெள்ளை ஒளிக்குள் ஒரு பொன்னிற ஒளி தோன்றும்.  அதுவும் எல்லையில்லாமல் வளர்ந்துவிடும்.  பின்னர் அந்த பொன்ஒளிகுள்.  ஒரு செவ்வொளி தோன்றும். அந்த ஒளி எங்கும் எல்லையில்லாமல் வளர்ந்து நிக்கும்.  பின் அந்த ஒளிக்குள் ஒரு ஒளி உருவாகும் அது வந்து வந்து செல்லும்.  இதுவே நடராஜர் நடனம் ஆகும்.  பொன்னமம்பலம் மேடையில் நடராஜர் நடனம்  நடக்கும். இப்போது நாம் ஒரு பொருளாகவும் செவ்வொளி ஒரு பொருளாகவும் இறுக்கும்.  பின்னர் நீ நான் என்று வேறுபாடு இல்லாமல் அந்த பொன்னம்மபலமே மிஞ்சும். (அட்டகம் --  தந்தனை தன் மயமாக்கி ....).  பின்னர் எல்லையில்லா ஆனந்தம் உடலில் பாயும்.  வானவேடிக்கை நடக்கும் ஆயிரதுஎட்டு தாமரை இதழ் மேல் சிவலிங்கம் தோன்றி மறையும். அதன் பின்னர் இப்போது கூடவே சங்கு ஓசையும் பின்னர் சலங்கை ஓசையும் கேட்கும்.  பின்னர் அமைதி நிலவும்.  பின்னர் பொன்னம்பலத்தில் ஒரு ஓட்டை ஏற்படும் அதுதான் சொர்கவாசல் திறப்பதாகவும்.
