There are seven screens lying in the forehead which conceals our lord Arutperunjothi.
Now the screens are what?
1.Physcially it is present or not
2.To describe maya these screens mentioned are mere expressions.
Already these screens are mentioned in spritual books but with less importance.
Vallal peruman stress these screens as very important.
Also in Tamil these screens are some physical matter as JAVVU.
So to remove these screens we need heat that can be received by prayer.
To generate heat
1.Physcially we can take VALLARI and TUDUVALAI leaves in food.
2.Mentally we have to do meditation
3.In Jeevan consciousness we have to pray Lord Arutperunjothi , not other gods.
4.In Atmic consciousness we have to practice with onness(ooramai) with other Atma and be content with that all should be happy.
Finally we should observe BAVANA(Mental Imagination ) that Lord Arutperunjothi merged with our body ,mind and soul and we have to help others in bodily,mind and soul.
By doing this bavana Maya will slowly remove from our consciousness we can get darshan of Lord Arutperunjothi either in heart or in between eye brow or at centre head.
At heart you feel unbound happiness.At eye brow your doubts all will be cleared and no disturbance in our mind.Finally at the centre head you can realise that all your experiences in this world are converted in to spritual languages that higher level people can understand.
Spritual language is a machine language in computer.Worldly experience are only programming languages.
If we are able to interpret spritual languages slowly then we can understand who is vallal peruman and he will start to guide you so that you can lead life without any mistake.

ஜலத்திலிருக்கின்ற பாசியை நீக்குவதுபோல், நமது ஆன்மாவைத் தெரியவொட்டாமல் மூடியிருக்கின்ற பச்சைத் திரையாகிய ராகாதிகளை விசார அதியுஷ்ணத்தாலல்லது, மற்ற உஷ்ணங்களால் நீக்க முடியாது.
அந்த உஷ்ணம் யோகியினுடைய அனுபவத்தில் தெரியும். அதை மனுஷ்ய தரத்தில் உண்டுபண்ணுவதற்குத் தெரியாது.
எப்பொழுது அதிக உஷ்ணம் உண்டு பண்ணிக் கொள்ளலாம்?
அந்த விசாரத்தைவிட ஆண்டவரை ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்கின்றதிலும் தெய்வத்தை நினைக்கின்றதிலும் அதிக உஷ்ணம் உண்டாகும். யோகிகள் வனம் மலை மழை முதலியவற்றிற்குப் போய், நூறு ஆயிரம் முதலிய வருஷ காலம் தவஞ்செய்து, இவ் உஷ்ணத்தை உண்டு பண்ணிக் கொள்ளுகிறார்கள். இப்படித் தவம் செய்து உஷ்ணத்தை உண்டு பண்ணிக் கொள்ளுகிறதைப் பார்க்கிலும், தெய்வத்தை ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்கின்றதிலும் நினைக்கின்றதிலும் - இதைவிடக் - கோடிப்பங்கு, பத்து கோடிப் பங்கு அதிகமாக உஷ்ணம் உண்டு பண்ணிக் கொள்ளலாம்.
எவ்வளவு நேரம் விசாரணை செய்ய வேன்டும்?
எவ்வாறெனில்: ஒரு ஜாம நேரம், மனத்தில் இக விசாரமின்றிப் பர விசாரிப்புடன் ஆன்ம நெகிழ்ச்சியோடு தெய்வத்தைச் சிந்தித்துக் கொண்டாவது அல்லது ஸ்தோத்திரம் செய்து கொண்டாவதிருந்தால், நாம் பெற வேண்டியதைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம்.
