    All are invited to attend 2 days meditation program to be held on 9 and 10th of oct 2010 at SRI MASILAMANI PILLAI MAHAL, Near Bus Stand, Thiruvannamalai. Food and accommodation are provided for outstation participants.

Note:

1. Wear loose dress and get betsheet  for doing yogasanas.
   
2. Get note and pen for taking notes.
3. Participants should attend both Saturday and Sunday programs.
   
4. Kids are not allowed.
   
5. Age limit is between 15 to 50.

Program schedule:
   
     Oct 8 Friday evening 6.00pm - Introduction class
     Oct 9 & 10 Saturday and Sunday (two full days)
