Sir,Pls find the attached mail. Some Town panchayat administraters, makg cruelty to dogs by carrying thm at a distance of 120 to 140 kms awy frm city for ABC.
Y don't they organise the same within the limit of their circle (10 to 20 kms radios) or arrange the ABC progm in a temporary Shelter????????????????????????????????????????.
In most of the Municipality Panchayat raj in T.N also don't have the facility to orgn ABC within their Juristiction. Instead carry them for long distance, some villege panchayat prsdnt are involved killg & burying of dogs w/o aware abt the Punishement under animal rules. Also, the "Circular" to all the villege presdnt in TN to prevent killing of dogs are still not yet been issued as of now.

How TN Govt have Organise Ration/ Election/ booth in each ward of "6th sense Human being " resided in their villeges. ABC/ Treatement for the dogs to be orgnsd. by the Veternary Doctors of concern dispensary appointed already by the govt in every municipality area. All (5th/6th sense) lifes are important and to be equally treated whether Corpn, Town or Municipality.
Will Animal Husbandry do the needful welfare to the "5th sense Animals" which does't have proper food, water & shelter and also respect by some of the human being in their routine normal life.
