The main Difference between  the Human & Dog is seen in their own system.
 
The Soul which is present in a  human being , cant be in a dog system, each system 
 
has an unique characteristics. 
 
some times, people used to say  the tail of the dog can be straighten but not the  minds  of some human beings.In this sentence the tail indicates the character of human being. 
 
Vallalar says that though his thoughts are  going down like others systems (dog) he is still receiving the blessings of god.
 
I feel that vallalar disturbed only in his thoughts but not in action. he received the gods blessings due to  his inner consciousness of mind.(positive thoughts) and surrender  his mistakes to god.
