1. சுக்குடன் சிறிது பால் சேர்த்து, மைய்யாக அரைத்து, நன்கு சூடாக்கி, இளஞ்சூடான பதத்திற்கு ஆறினதும், வலியுள்ள கை, கால் மூட்டுகளில் பூசிவர மூட்டுவலி முற்றிலும் குணமாகும்.

2. சுக்கைத் தூள் செய்து, எலுமிச்சை சாறுடன் கலந்து குடித்தால் பித்தம் விலகும்.

3. சுக்கு, மிளகு, தனியா, திப்பிலி, சித்தரத்தை இவ்வைந்தையும் இட்டு கஷாயம் செய்து பருகிவர, கடுஞ்சளி மூன்றே நாட்களில் குணமாகும்.

4. சிறிது சுக்குடன், ஒரு வெற்றிலையை மென்று தின்றால், வாயுத்தொல்லை நீங்கும்.

5. சுக்கு, வேப்பம்பட்டை போட்டு கஷாயம் செய்து குடித்துவர, ஆரம்பநிலை வாதம் குணமாகும்.

6. சுக்குடன் சிறிது நீர் தெளித்து, விழுதாக அரைத்து, நெற்றியில் தடவினால் தலைவலி வந்தவழியே போய்விடும்.

7. சுக்கு, கருப்பட்டி, மிளகு(Pepper) சேர்த்து, "சுக்கு நீர்" காய்ச்சிக் குடித்து வர உடல் அசதி, சோர்வு நீங்கி சுறுசுறுப்பு ஏற்படும்.

8. சுக்குடன், தனியா வைத்து சிறிது நீர் தெளித்து, மைய்யாக அரைத்து உண்டால், அதிக மது அருந்திய போதை தீர்ந்து இயல்பு நிலை ஏற்படும்.

9. சுக்கோடு சிறிது வெந்தயம் சேர்த்துப் பொடியாக்கி, தேனில் கலந்து சாப்பிட்டால், அலர்ஜி தொல்லை அகலும்.

10. சுக்கு, மிளகு, சீரகம்(Cumin), பூண்டு(Garlic) சேர்த்து கஷாயம் செய்து காலை, மாலை குடித்துவர மாந்தம் குணமாகும்.

11. சுக்குடன், சிறிது துளசி இலையை மென்று தின்றால், தொடர் வாந்தி, குமட்டல் நிற்கும்.

12. சுக்குடன், மிளகு, சுண்ணாம்பு சேர்த்து மைய்யாக அரைத்துப் பூசிவர, தொண்டைக் கட்டு மாறும். குரல் இயல்பு நிலைபெறும்.

13. சிறிது சுக்குடன், சின்ன வெங்காயத்தை வைத்து அரைத்துச் சாப்பிட்டால், மலக்குடலில் உள்ள தீமை தரும் கிருமிகள் அழியும்.

14. சுக்குடன், கொத்தமல்லி இட்டு கஷாயம் செய்து பருகினால் மூலநோய் தீரும்.

15. சுக்கு, ஐந்து மிளகு, ஒரு வெற்றிலை சேர்த்து மென்று தின்று, ஒரு தம்ளர் நீர் குடித்தால் தேள், பூரான் கடி விஷம் முறியும்.

16. சுக்கு, அதிமதுரம் இரண்டையும் தூள் செய்து, தேனில் கலந்து சாப்பிட்டுவர குற்றிருமல் குணமாகும்.

17. தயிர்சாதத்துடன், சிறிது சுக்குப்பொடி இட்டு சாப்பிட்டால், வயிற்றுப்புண் ஆறும்.

18. சுக்கு(Dry Ginger) , மிளகு, பூண்டு, வேப்பிலை இவைகளைச் சேர்த்து கஷாயம் செய்து, தினம் மூன்று வேளை வீதம் இரண்டு நாட்கள் குடித்துவர விஷக்காய்ச்சல் குறையும்.

19. சுக்கு, மிளகு, சீரகம் இட்டு எண்ணெய் காய்ச்சி, தலைக்குத் தேய்த்துக் குளித்துவர, நீர்க்கோவை நீங்கும். ஈர், பேன் ஒழியும்.

20. சுக்குத்தூளுடன் உப்பு சேர்த்து பல் துலக்கிவர, பல்வலி தீரும். ஈறுகள் பலம் பெறும். வாய்துர்நாற்றம் விலகும்.

சித்தர்கள் இது போன்ற பாடல்கள் வடிவில் எளிய முறையில் நோய் களைத் தீர்க்கும் வழிமுறைகளை வடித்துள்ளனர்.ஆனால் இவைகளின் உண்மை விளக்கங்களை கண்டறிந்து அதன் படி உண்டோமானால் பாடல்களில் கண்டபடி உண்மையான பலன்களை அடைய முடியும்.

சித்த மருத்துவ முறையின் தத்துவமே அண்டத்தில்  உள்ளது பிண்டத்தில் என்பதுதான் அதாவது அண்டம் என்ற பிரபஞ்சத்தில் உள்ள பஞ்ச பூதங் களின் ஒரு பகுதிதான் பிண்டமாகிய நமது உடலிலும் இயங்குகின்றது.

நிலம்,நீர்,நெருப்பு,காற்று,ஆகாயம்,என்ற ஐந்து பூதங்களில் நிலம் கீழே நாம் வாழ்வதற்கு ஆதாரமாகவும்,ஆகாயம் மேலே சாட்சியாகவும் இருப் பதால் நடுவில் உள்ள நீர்,நெருப்பு,காற்று என்ற மூன்று வித சக்திகளை மட்டும் இயங்கும் சக்திகளாக குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளனர்.

எனவேதான் சித்த மருத்துவ முறையில் நாடி பிடித்து நோய்களைக் கணிக்க மூன்று விரல்களைப் பயன்படுத்துகின்றனர்.அவை வாதம், பித்தம்,கபம் எனப்படும்.

இது நாடியின் அளவுகளாகும் இதன் படி கையில் நாடி துடித்தால் உடலில் நோய் இல்லை என அர்த்தம்.இந்த நாடி அளவுகளை கூடவோ குறை யவோ அல்லாமல் சமன் படுத்தும் மருந்துகள் தான் மேற்கண்ட பாடலில் உள்ளவை.

பித்தம் - நெருப்பு -  1/2,மாத்திரை அளவு--------- இஞ்சி

இஞ்சி,சுக்கு,கடுக்காய் இந்த மூன்றும் தான் உடலில் உள்ள வாத,பித்த, கபம் மூன்றினையும் சமன் செய்பவை.அடுத்து ,

சித்த மருத்துவத்தின் அடிப்படையே ஒவ்வொரு மருத்துவ மூலப் பொருட்களிலும் அமிர்தமும் ,நஞ்சும் இணைந்துள்ளது என்பதுதான். எனவேதான் சித்தர்கள் இவைகளில் உள்ள நஞ்சுவை நீக்கி மருந்துகளை தயாரிக்க வேண்டுமென வலியுறுத்துகின்றனர்.சுத்தி முறை எனும் பிரிவு சித்த மருத்துவ முறையில் மட்டுமே உள்ளது.

சுக்குக்கு புற நஞ்சு - கடுக்காய்க்கு அக நஞ்சு எனும் விளக்கம் உள்ளது அதாவது சுக்கில் மேலே உள்ள தோல் பகுதி நஞ்சு எனவும் ,கடுக்காயில் உள்ளே உள்ள கொட்டை  நஞ்சு எனவே இவைகளை நீக்கினால்தான் அமிர்தமாக வேலை செய்யும்.

சுக்கு சுத்தி ; தரமான சுக்கு தேவையான அளவில் வாங்கி சுக்கின் மேல் புறம் வெற்றிலைக்குப் போடும் சுண்ணாம்பு ஒரு போஸ்ட் கார்ட் கணத்தில் பூசி காயவிடவும்.பின்பு மிதமான நெருப்பில் வாட்டவும் சுண்ணாம்பில் நெருப்பு பிடிக்கும் சமயம் எடுத்து விடவும்.பிறகு நன்கு ஆரிய பின் ஒரு கத்தியால் சுண்ணாம்பை சுரண்ட சுக்கின் மேல் தோலுடன் வந்து விடும் .இதனை இடித்து சலித்து பதனம் செய்யவும்.

கடுக்காய் சுத்தி ;கடுக்காயை உடைத்து மேலே உள்ள சதைப் பகுதியை மட்டும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளவும்.கொட்டை  நஞ்சு எனவே  நீக்கிவிடவும்.சதைப் பகுதியை இடித்து தூள் செய்யவும்.

இஞ்சி சுத்தி ; இஞ்சியை சிறிது நீர் விட்டு அரைத்து பிழிந்து சாற்றை வடித்து வைக்கவும் இதை பத்து நிமிடம் கழித்து பார்க்க அடியில் சுண்ணாம்பு போல் வண்டல் இருக்கும் இதுதான் நஞ்சு எனவே மேலே உள்ள தெளிவை மட்டும் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும் .

இந்த முறையில் சுத்தி செய்த பிறகு அமிர்தமாக வேலை செய்யும்.

உண்ணும் முறை :
காலையில் இஞ்சிச்சாறு 15-மிலி (மூன்று டீஸ்பூன்)எடுத்து சுத்தமான தேன் அதே அளவு கலந்து வெறும் வயிற்றில் சாப்பிடவும்.இது பித்தத்தை சமன் செய்யும்.

மதியம் உணவிற்கு முன் சுக்குத்தூள் 1/2 டீஸ்பூன் அளவு சுடுநீரில் கலந்து சாப்பிடவும்.இது வாயுவை சமன் செய்யும்.

இரவில் படுக்கும் பொது கடுக்காய் தூள் ஒரு டீஸ்பூன் அளவு வெண்ணீ ரில் கலந்து சாப்பிடவும்.இது கபம் எனப்படும் சிலேத்துமத்தை சமன் செய்யும்.மலம் மிதமாக இளகிப் போகும்.

இதன்படி ஒரு மண்டலம் உண்ண  உடலில் இளமை மிடுக்குடன் புத்துணர்ச்சி கிட்டும்.

பழமொழி :
கடுக்காய் உண்டால் மிடுக்காய்  வாழலாம்.

ஒரு கடுக்காய் பத்து தாய்க்கு சமம்.

சுக்குக்கு மிஞ்சிய மருந்தில்லை சுப்பிரமணியருக்கு மிஞ்சிய கடவுள் இல்லை.

As most of you know we are embarking on a journey to help spread the teachings of St Ramalinga Vallalar in the US this year. In light of this vision, some of us have invited Salem Kuppusamy ayyah and his wife to help drive this.

 

Here is the current schedule:

 

Sep 7 - Sep 14: Chicago, IL:

He will be presenting at the international conference on Organizational leadership and Spirituality http://isol2015chicago.co.in/. The topic include " Conscious Living in the Light of Vallalar". Other satsangs are being planned. If you know truth seekers in chicago area that will be willing to help organize, participate let us know

Sep 15 - October 18 : Programs in Raleigh, NC

- Weekly satsangs will be held

October 17,18: National symposium- The Science of the Sages

- This will be focussed on Jeeva karunya, Immortality

- We will have Kuppusamy ayyah and Dr Shanmugamurthy  leading the proceedings

- All are invited. Stay tuned for details.

 

October 19 - November first week: Programs in New Jersey,Tennesse. Trip details are being worked out. Will be finalized in a week.

Nov 9 - Depart to chennai from Raleigh

If anybody would like to host Kuppusamy ayyah and his wife and organize programs in your area let me know as soon as possible, so we can find a way to work in the schedule
