Actually I dont know how deep you are in searching for our saint Vallalar. But I know one person in Chennai. His name is M. Balasubramaniam. As far as I visit most of the Vallalar sincere followers I can see some difference in this person. The difference are
1. Most of the Vallalar sincere followers take some part of the Arutpha and follow on them, but this person can give meaning to all the Vallalar song (5818) plus Vallalar Urainadaipaguthi.
2. He already wrote more than 30 books.
3. He recite Vallalar Arutperumjothi Agaval without seeing the book. He recite everyday.
4. He is in family.
5. He is more than 80 years old and meet one person very oldman who see Vallalar on his time.
6. He is not like to show of himself and very humble and didnt charge single cents for his teaching and willing to teach as much hour the person can absorb.
If you are really want to know more about Vallalar please contact him in his mobile 00919444450601.

All With the blessings of our guru vallalar I recently started my meditation. To learn meditation, I joined the vethathiri maharishi's group (I searched for vallar group here in NJ but in vain). Though meditation is main focus of vethathiri maharishi, he himself realized vallalar in his life time. Vallalar is within all of us. The maharishi group says focus on "veli" - the empty space while meditate - that is considered as "Arut-Perattral". When I meditate I focus on "Jyothi" our inner "Arut perumjyothi". God is everywhere either "Veli"- magasakthi, or "Oli" - Arutperumjyothi. Even though I realize this, I do get confused at times. Can any one help? Forgive me if I ask anything wrong in this.
