[vallalargroups:4420] Did Vallalar performed Meditations?

Dear All,

I heard that Vallalar recommended No Meditations for people.. Is that
true? If Yes, Why didn't he recommend meditations to people?

Did Vallalar performed Meditations? or NOT?
