Enlightenment cannot be taught or imparted from external source. There should be inner transformation. If you practice compassion there will be inward change without your knowledge, Then you will reach a stage wherein you start experiencing the word ANBE SHIVAM. No books, no exercises, no teachings can give this. That is why Vallalar gives more thrust to Compassion to bring inner transformation. All those yogas are good for body. If any body says ' I can give enlightenment' he is fraud. Enlightenment cannot be borrowed, or given.
