குளிர்ந்த ஜலம்

சாதாரண ஜலம் கொள்ளுவது கெடுதி. ஏனெனில், மேற்படி ஜலத்தில் மூன்று குணம் உண்டு.

1 . விஷம்   (மேல் பாகத்தில் சிலிர்பாகிய விஷமும் ) 2 . பூதம் (அதனடியில் , ஏகதேசம் சுடுகையுள்ள பூதமும் ) 3 . அமுதம் (அதனடியில் விசேஷ உஷ்ணமுள்ள அமுதமும் ) இம்மூன்றும் ஒன்றாகவே இருக்கும்.

ஜலத்திற்கு குணங்கள்

விஷ  ஜலம் - தத்துவ துரிசை போக்கும் பூத ஜலம் - தத்துவ விருத்தி செய்யும். அமுத  ஜலம் - பிராண சக்தி செய்யும்.

இட பேதத்தால் , மேற்படி நீர்கள் , தனி தனியாகவும் உள்ளன. இதனை விரிக்கில் பெருகும்

எந்த நீரை அருந்த வேண்டும்?

(வள்ளலாரின், நித்திய ஒழுக்க கரும விதியிலிருந்து....) சுக்கை சுண்ணாம்பு தடவிச் சுட்டு, மேல் அழுக்கை சுரண்டி போட்டு, சுரனமக்கி வைத்துக் கொண்டு , நல்ல ஜலத்தில் கொஞ்சம் போட்டு ,   ஐந்து பங்கில்  , மூன்று பங்கு நீர் சுண்ட , இரண்டு பங்கு நீர் நிற்க காய்ச்சி , அதை தாகம் கொள்ளுதல் வேண்டும் .  நீராத பட்சத்தில் வேன்நீரவது கொள்ள வேண்டுமே தவிர , குளிர்ந்த ஜலம் கொள்ளப்படாது  -
