Sir,

     If you please try to find Madam Saraswathy, She worked as a Tamil Professor at Namakal College.  She is my Guru and she activated for us ( my father, mother brother, me and couple of my friends ) She did Mphil under my father that is how we know her.  After my parents pased away we did not have any communication. 

She learned the sid from her Guru and activated us with her index finger and this is what she did.

She asked us to do pranayamam.  She then touhed us at the bottom of the spine and brought her hand thro' all the chakaras to the  புருவ மத்தி.  The whole time she was chanting OHM and was ringing a bell.  She asked us to practice the following daily for the next 48 days ( sit for 20 min to 30 min ) till you hear the bell ringing in your ears again.

Do the brething and sit in a comfortable position and imagine you pulling the fire from the bottom of your spine all the way upto your center of the eyebrows and chanting OHM and the eye needs to be closed. Eat good food ( lots of fruits and vegetables Please be a vegitarian, )

 

 day to day Effects.  You can see a glow in your face as you practice, improves concentration.  If you follw this practice it is very difficult do bad to others even if you want to.  You can make the energy flow all over your body, example very hot day, you can make the energy to go to top of the head ( all imagine ) it goes there and try to rotate it like a fan then the whole body cools down.thI I was not able to practice since my skin on my fore head started peeling off after 2 months so her Guru asked me not to sit and practice as that comes up automatically.  If you feel the energy is enormous open your eyes and imagine the power to go down to the end of the spine. 

When the engergy comes to the fore head ( you feel the heart beat at the center of your eyebrows) if you see divine places, persons etc. 

 

 Another easy methos of meditation. Do pranayamam. Touch your tip of the nose with your index finger and try to see that finger.  After a while your concentration merge to the top of the nose ( you may feel little different, but if you feel drowsey please stop ).  Now at this stage image a Lotus at the center of your fore head and image your favorate God ( I usually image a Linga ) and do aracha with flower petals ( all imagination ) and chant OHM.  If you could do that for 2 min intially that is very good.  Then practce makes it perfect.

Sir,
      Thanks for your mail and happy to note its contents. My lookout is whether we have to activate all the chakras one by one from Mooladara or shall we directly activate the agna chakra directly. Please convey me the method of activating all the chakras and their effects after activation.
      
       I am Ramakrishnan from Pondicherry and from my childhood I was initiated into the divine/ bakthi margam. So naturally I am interested to know about meditation. Will you please explain me the easy method of meditation. Thanks a lot.
